Modern psychiatry has a new toolkit.
We’re using it.

Elysian TMS Center was founded by Dr. Sarah Sicher, a board-certified psychiatrist in Adult/General Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry with an established private practice on the East side of Los Angeles. She is passionate about finding new and better options to treat her patients. Elysian TMS Center was born out of that drive.

Care for adolescents, adults, and treatment-resistant depression

A woman and a teenage boy engaged in a conversation in a modern living room. The woman is facing the boy, who is seated on a blue sofa. The woman has long blonde hair and is wearing a dark top, while the boy has short brown hair and is wearing a light gray t-shirt. There is a white wall with a window and a framed picture behind the sofa, and a wooden floor lamp nearby.

Dr. Sicher sees a wide range of patients — adolescents working through depression and identity, adults living with complex trauma, and those managing treatment-resistant depression that hasn't fully responded to medication alone. Some are looking for a complement to what's working. Others are looking for an alternative to what isn't.

Elysian TMS Center's goal is to make modern, evidence-backed treatments available to patients who need them — and to help each one find sustainable ways of living, with the resilience to move through life's ups and downs.

Training & Credentials

Dr. Sicher brings with her a broad range and depth of expertise. She earned her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis, and her medical degree from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel. She completed her General Adult Psychiatry residency at UCSF-Fresno, where she was Chief Resident, and her specialty training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Southern California.

She is certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, has practiced ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for over five years, and trained at the New Center for Psychoanalysis — weaving psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theory into her clinical work.

Team & Values

Dr. Sicher oversees every patient's care from consultation through follow-up. During TMS sessions themselves, trained technicians administer treatment under her clinical supervision — a standard built around precision, consistency, and patient comfort. Elysian is grounded in a small set of values: transparency, innovation, and the highest regard for the quality and safety of care. Our team of trained technicians and dedicated staff hold your well-being and comfort as their top priority.
